I moved to SW Colorado in February 2000 and I've been a Colorado Realtor since February 2001. I absolutely adore the country I live in and the friendliness of the people. I've learned about the area, the land, the properties and the people because of a keen interest in all of the above. I understand what it means to relocate and have to learn little gems of wisdom like: "the water does not necessarily belong to the land" and "utilties close" may not mean the same thing in Colorado as it does in another state. (Yes, that's the voice of experience talking!)
I love working with Buyers until they find their perfect property, not mine. I've worked with some Buyers for more than a year until that perfect property comes on the market. I love working with Sellers to find those Buyers that will discover that the Sellers property is their dream property. First Time Homebuyers are favorites because it's a chance to educate new homebuyers and help them learn what to look for. More experienced Buyers are exciting because they often already know what they're looking for and "the hunt" can be one of the most exciting adventures around! Vacant Land Sales are fabulous because we get to hike some of the most awesome property in Colorado! Fixer-Uppers are great because of their potential and watching somebody else's vision expand on a possibility. Upper-end homes are tremendous because of the architecture, design, layout and interior design. Can you tell I love my job?!?!
